The first public event that the U.S.S. Wildrose attended was the Calgary Comics & Entertainment Expo 2023. A 4-day event that took place on April 27-30, 2023. We got to meet some famous legends such as Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek), Todd Stashwick (Star Trek), Peter Cullen (Transformers), Andrew Phung (Kim's Convenience), and much much more! Also, we managed to recruit 11 more members to join us for our mission for the Delta Quadrant. On the Friday, we also participated in the Parade of Wonders, which CalgaryExpo is the only Con in Canada to have a parade to conincide with it, so we got on to CBC National News with our Captain acutally being interviewed during the parade itself.
